It’s a pretty old hotel, and you can feel it. The rooms are empty and it’s somewhat inconvienent to get there. The location is pretty good, multiple combinis nearby. An average hotel, overall

My reservation didn’t include breakfast however I went down to the restaurant with intention to pay for it - only to be told it was “sold out” (while 1/2 the restaurant was empty). This happened three times in a row before I gave up. No explanation, no apology. I was traveling solo, so it’s not like I would drain the buffet dry. Cleanliness is good and staff is friendly enough. Bed was super uncomfortable. I’d probably look at an alternative if I were to stay in Matsuyama again.

いいホテルでしたが、帰りに外部駐車場の清算方法が特殊で誤った操作を行い、1300円無料のはずが、1300円自己負担させられました。ホテル側は100円の駐車場負担となったのだと推測します。わざと間違わせるために説明をしないのではないかと思いました。駐車場の連絡先に電話するも不親切でした。駐車場は、ホテルから一番近くのロレックス駐車場です。
