Staff at the property was super helpful, welcoming and friendly. Loved the private onsen for relaxation. Ryokan room was very spacious. Really enjoyed our stay Walking distance to Dogo Onsen, shops, tram and airport shuttle.

A museum by Tado Ando changed for the right reasons into a hotel far away from no where... the air conditioning is so loud that makes you very uncomfortable sleeping with it’s grilling sound. If you’re a golfer, heavy sleeper and wished to stay a night in a museum that’s the place to be

As you check in on the 13th floor it would be helpful to have a clearer sign in the entrance foyer. Apart from that we enjoyed the stay, the room and facilitates. It is conveniently located for many shops ahd restaurants and for the tram. Breakfast was a good selection of foods, mainly Japanese. Room cleaning is organised before 8am via an app on the TV, which we kept forgetting, so bear that in mind each day that you stay.
