“Only after I booked the hotel, I realized its address shows Home Depot Drive, which turned out to be the first building of the typical Home depot shopping site in the suburbs. However, the late arrival was informed to the check-in desk early and someone was up waiting for us after midnight, which I appreciated. “The staff were so friendly and the hotel was very clean. So I rested very well.”

“During an off season stay, there were very few visitors and they were in the process of doing some renovations. In spite of that, everything was in working order and there were no noises or construction disturbance. The restaurant and bar at the Whaler was very popular and the food was excellent. The stir fry in particular, and then the wings special on Sunday night, just excellent!”
