"Everything was wonderful! We were treated like royalty the moment we arrived. Staff was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed talking with Phillip and really appreciated the complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary."

"The bed and pillows were great. Good space in the room, and the shower had good pressure. Pool-area was good, not the best view, but it was clean. Washing and dryer was good. The room was a bit moist and had broken tiles in the bathroom, and it was a bit noisy from the trucks outside at night. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The elevator was slow, but for the most we used the stairs. Short walk to Walmart. Would stay there again."

"We arrived around 7:45pm. We had to stop in traffic to unload. I was in a pretty large truck, so not really ideal. There was a valet booth, but nobody was present. I went inside, and asked where the valet was. They said there should be one there. I went out, and looked around, and just down the sidewalk was the valet...talking to two provocatively dressed women...while he watched the fifa soccer games on the GIANT screen across the street. He saw me, and started to come to the valet booth. Then he heard the soccer crowd go crazy and turned to go back to see what happened in the soccer game. I told him he needed to be paying attention to his job, and he came back again. He put a smile on and took my keys and did his job from that point forward. Literally everything else about this hotel was great. Its an older hotel, so somethings get overlooked, but by and large, it was a decent stay. Pretty quiet in the room. We were on the 26th floor, and the view was spectacular. 4 out of 5 stars just because the valet couldnt break away from the game."

"The Hotel was great, the front counter guy was awesome. With that said the housekeeper must have let the suite next door slam shut while she was cleaning about 20-25 times. We even asked her to please put the cart in the way to keep the door opened while she cleaned. But didn’t. As we were taking a much needed nap after traveling. Also the swim up bar allows toddlers to play on the barstools. So not exactly adult time for others without kids."

"1) The room didn't have a fridge. We requested one and they brought it but this is basic. 2) The pool on the 3rd floor is kind of dirty and you have to go up using the stairs. There's another pool on the 19th floor but it's only for 21+ (not family friendly). 3) The room is nice. 4) Location is perfect, close to everything."

"This was my first time at Springhill suites in Dallas. One thing I didn’t like was the one time price of one night of $285. I know that is not the normal price to stay there. But FIFA games was not that good to raise that high for special events. Houston and San Antonio Springhill was not that high. But overall the town was nice."

"This overnight stay was wonderful. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds with accommodation for people with mobility issues. The room was easy to get around, comfortable, clean and they provided plenty of towels and large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap. This was beneficial since I was sharing the room with a friend. We ate at the casual restaurant and enjoyed our meal. If you are using the valet allow at least 30 minutes for them to bring your car to the front."
