Bonne adresse très proche du puy du fou avec une arrivée très très tarfive. Aucun souci ! Le petit dejeuner à préférer au château est excellent. Je recommande pour les viditeurs du puy du fou

Annonce non conforme à la réalité: Les entrées se font à 17 h ce qui est beaucoup plus tard qu’ailleurs et très dommageable lorsque l’on vient de faire 6 h de route. Maison résidence moderne sans charme en surplomb de la route principale sans personne à l’accueil, avec un système de boîtes à clef. L’entrée et les couloirs sentent l’eau de javel dû à la petite piscine /spa jouxtant l’ascenseur et les chambres. Petit déjeuner insipide et sans beurre!!! déposé à l’aube devant votre porte. Le seul point positif: la literie très confortable. Tout cela pour 188€, une arnaque totale !!! Dû à la proximité du Puy du Fou.

Je suis plutôt déçu de cette établissement. Première déception l'ambiance de la chambre, il y a deux photos avec des chambres épuré design. Les mur son clair et le sol semble être en parquet. Nous nous retrouvons dans une chambre très sombre mur d'accent noir et surtout sol moquette (sale et non fini) bleue foncé. Je suis peut être un peu tatillonne mais le sèche serviette été rouillé, le sol près de l'espace WC et salle de bain été sale plein de poussière, la brosse des toilettes été sale et rouillé. Et en dernier point nous n'avons pas utilisé la clim au vue des points noirs tout au long de la sortie d'air (moisissures ou saleté ?). J'ai des photos que je ne peux malheureusement pas poster sur ce commentaire (dommage).

Dommage que le ménage n’est pas été mieux effectué avant notre arrivée (poubelle non vidée) et que les connexions wifi et l’accès à la télévision soient de piètre qualité. La chambre est très confortable et la literie excellente Pour le petit déjeuner une explication serait un plus sur le site

Chambre très confortable et bien décorée, très belle douche moderne et très grande . Accueil téléphonique même le soir tard au top et très sympa. Petit déjeuner copieux et livré au petit matin devant la porte Génial 👍 . Merci pour cette belle expérience. Ah si Juste un petit truc à faire , merci de positionner une lumière pour repérer l’endroit au dessus du panneau car le soir tard on ne voit rien du tout . Nous étions au Futuroscope la journée.

La chambre est très propre, la literie confortable, et le cadre agréable. Petit bémol sur l’indication du lieu : adresse non complète sur aucun site, et aucune indication sur les mails, nous avons passé 20 minutes à chercher la maison. Le petit déjeuner servi au château de la Barbiniere (5 min à voiture) est excellent.

Chambre réservée pour profiter du Puy du Fou à 10 minutes. Cet hôtel est en fait une annexe du château de la barbiniere ou des chambres occupent le spa. Du coup quelques défauts : lits Queen size, télé complètement décalée par rapport au lit, nettoyage pas complet au moment de notre arrivée (sol toilette), ascenseur ne fonctionne pas. Déçu étant donné le prix de la chambre

DECEPTION

Nous avons sejourne dans cet hotel que je ne qualifierais pas de 4 etoiles..Menage mal fait(mouche reste morte au meme endroit 3jours de suite,table exterieure pas lavee suite a notre petit dejeuner,balayette des toilettes tres SALE,)et le summum ,pain pour le petit dej (servi la veille sur la table )rassis puisque le meme sous cellofane pendant 2 jours,dosettes de lait perimees depuis 6jours a notre arrivee,et toujours a notre depart!!!Nous avons telephone pour avoir un surmatelas a cause de probleme de dos,on nous a repondu que c etait pas possible car pas de surmatelas!!!Meme pas de solution propose.OU EST LE SERVICE D UN 4 ETOILES???obligee de demander des mouchoirs papiers car le devidoir etait vide,et 3 petites doses de gel douche pour 2 personnes pour 3 jours,avec la canicule on a du rajouter de l eau pour avoir assez pour nous 2,la bouilloire a notre arrivee etait encore pleine d eau(il y a t il eue desinfection des ustensiles suite covid comme le demande la reglementation???,INADMISSIBLE POUR UN 4 ETOILES!!!Je precise que l hotel dispose d une cuisine ,mais apparemment ils ne savent pas s en servir puisque le petit dej est mis sur la table de la chambre la veille(avec jus d orange carrefour,1 dose de cafe en stick lyophillise,yaourt basique,confiture basique etc...)aucun produit artisanal...Par contre la vue est belle et la chambre spacieuse
