"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Brilliant hotel, brilliant staff, brilliant location. The shuttle service to Disney was spot-on—timely and convenient. However, the return journey wasn’t quite as smooth, especially on Sunday when the fireworks end at 22:20 and the last shuttle departs at 22:45. We nearly missed it due to the usual post-show crowds and delays leaving the park. I’m not sure how much control the hotel has over the shuttle schedule, but that was the only minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay."

"Check in was quick and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small buthad really good facilities. The only thing inwould change is to have a toaster instead of a coffee machine as there is already a kettle. Unfortunately the noise dies travel through the wall and on one night there was a very noisy neighbour but overall idhappily stay again. This was my third stay "

"We had such a lovely stay! The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well after long days at the Disney parks. It’s only a short ride to Disney, which was super convenient for us. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar – food and drinks were really nice (a little on the pricey side, but that’s to be expected so close to Disney). Simba and Jared were great! Overall, a great stay and we’d happily come back!"
