“The amenities are old, yet very clean. The free breakfast was delicious and authentic. The only thing lacking was the exercise room. All of the machines were broken or in major disrepair. They should be removed.”

“Dining room was excellent, front desk staff so accommodating. Loved the special touches ….. apples and carrot cake.”

“Staff manners were amazing. Everyone so happy & pleasant. The best part was being assigned a personal concierge for all of our needs. Elisa was over the top with her service!!!”

“Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.”
