The rooms are very nice . Checking in most staff was pleasant the girl we had seemed bothered but we had to wait for our room so when we can back another lady helped she was more welcoming and helpful. The staff at the bars were very nice and friendly. The food was okay the down fall was each restaurant had a limited menu not too many choices compared to others we have visited. The staff that made our trip memorable was Roberto , Jesus, Carla, Randi & Lucy . They went out of their way to make our visit extra special!

The staff and facilities are great, super nice place to visit. The rooms were fantastic, and very well decorated. The food was mostly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort; in other words, it left something to be desired, but not to the point where it hurt the trip. Would absolutely go again!

We travel to Cabo all the time, and normally stay at the Marquis. Last time we were at the Marquis, we met a couple that told us to try Secrets. Honestly we love both resorts, Secrets has a swim up bar which is huge. The food was good at both places. I did have one incident here, where our table reservations had been given away, and I’m typically not a Karen about these things, but after a day of drinking I let them know my displeasure. The next day I was approached by multiple people throughout the day(I was over it at that point), but they wouldn’t let me, they went out of their way to make it up, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this resort.
