“Overall I’d give it 4 stars. The staff was amazing. Bell boys and the little shopping center inside the resort were awesome. Some of the downs were some of the cleaning ladies were really rude when I tried to be friendly and say good morning. We had a junior suite and the water pressure was not that great. It would turn hot and cold when it wanted to. Found a few live bugs. Spider, gnats and looked like a small beetle looking insect. Overall okay resort. ”

“Excellent stay! Greeting Upon Arrival: excellent. Very nice staff Check In: smooth process. I don't know how it happened but a pleasant surprise to be VIP. Our room was upgraded to a 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen. Amenities: excellent. Restaurants for dining, pool choices, bars Quality of Food: could be better. Quality of Service: excellent. The service was kinda slow when we arrived and ate at Agave but other than that excellent. Activities: attened the white party....

“From start to finish, an absolutely phenomenal experience. I have stayed at many all-inclusives and this is easily one of the best around. An amazing staff, gorgeous and meticulously clean property, top-notch food especially the breakfast buffet, and one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. Cannot wait to return!”

“We loved the adult only pool and the staff was so friendly. There are multiple restaurants open for dinner but they alernate which ones are open each night. This created quite a long wait time as they didn't do reservations. We waited over an hour one night. We were there for 8 days so we grew a little tired of the options by the last couple of days. But we were so close to town and could get an uber quickly. We felt very safe leaving the resort. We even talked about bringing our kids here next...

“This was our first time at an all- inclusive in Cabo. We were quite impressed. First, the staff is great and very friendly, especially our concierge Tedd! He was the best and always in contact with us plus went over and beyond for my daughter’s birthday! Thank you Tedd! The food was very good and the service as well. My only critique would be some cleanliness issues around pool but other than that we had a great stay!”

“I went here alone for my birthday and I couldn’t have asked for better people on staff. They were super kind and most of them spoke English so communication was no issue! As a woman traveling alone I often have to be on guard but I felt very relaxed and safe here. They even sang me happy birthday and gave me a big piece of tres leches! The man who hosted karaoke did a great job with entertainment as well. Honestly such a wonderful experience when I come to Cabos again I will stay here again”

“Pros: The property was very nice. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Cons: Upon arrival we were immediately subjected to a meeting with the concierge soliciting tourist activities in the area. We were exhausted, hungry and just wanted to check into our rooms. The constant solicitation by vendors around the marina was draining. ”
