If there were to be any criticism, it would be that when we wanted to book excursions, there was a lot of pressure to do the vacation club presentation. The gentleman that gave the presentation, however, did not pressure us to purchase and was very professional and knowledgeable. ”

“Their deposit reimbursement may take like a week or more unlike other top-level hotels, and they deliberately try to delay the returning process by not picking up phone call or replying to e-mail. Worst experience.”

She took excellent care of us, reminding us of our dinner reservations, tour, transportation, etc. If you are looking for an adults-only all inclusive resort in San Jose Del Cabo area, this is the one. We have stayed at many properties and travel to Los Cabos frequently for business and fun, and we will stay...
