"Primera ves en Cabo por lo reguar cuando es la primera ves q viejas a un lugar nuevo. Pues hay bastantes opciones. Y la verdad no isimos una mal desicion. Este hotel. Aparte de lo hermozo que esta el personal la verdad es super muy amable todo el lugar super. Limpio mi esposa y yo. La verdad somos muy delicados para las comidas. Y aqui la verdad. La comoda toda esta super buena 5 estrellas no importa lo que pida. Todo te lo recomiendo desde los mariscos asta lo italiano. Los cortes de carne. Ufff. Todo muy riquisimo. El personal en la barra principal. Super atentos y amables. Tobinos la experiencia de interactuar con Ana. juan y Omar. En la barra principal al entrar. Ellos super amables. Y unas personas increibles. La verdad a todos les recomiendo ospefarse aqui. Veran que valdra la pena"

"Room was dated but clean. Beach front room with a great view. We stayed at this property many times when it was Barcelo and we were worried about the changes. Great: The location, the infinity pool, the staff!! Shout out to Oscar in guest services who went above and beyond in compensating us after a bad experience in the Italian restaurant. Luis at the pool service--so happy to see that he remained there after Barcelo left. He's awesome!! The grounds are lovely and very well maintained. Dorthea with the fresh omelets at breakfast. The made-to-order sushi rolls at the buffet (don't remember the chefs name). Jesus at entry way-helped with bags and transportation. Not so great-- The cabanas that sit all around the infinity pool for members. They weren't used hardly at all and they take up so much space around the pool. Cabanas should not be in front of the infinity pool, blocking the view of the ocean. The pool does need fixed, lots of tiles crumbling on the sides. I understand that they are renovating the property so I assume this will be addressed at some point. The food-- you can always find something to eat at the buffet but it's very hit and miss. The hot food is actually cold sometimes. The bad-- THE BIRDS! Please do something about the birds!! Aggressive seagulls, pigeons, and many small birds are all over the snack bar area. Seagulls lining the edge of the pool and pooping all over it. I know there are several ways to deter birds--PLEASE invest in some."
