"The pool towels weren’t washed I believe they just dry them but they stink a bit. The kids water slide it’s a bit old needs a bit of maintenance. The gym was always clean with waters and towels. Room service was good maybe just the menu needs to change it’s very basic."

"The staff is amazing and very attentive. A no worries type of stay with a helping/guiding hand never too far. Buffet breakfast is an extremely valuable package that was delicious everyday. The spa is relaxing, with great masseuses and amenities. I would rate the experience 10/10 with plans to travel to again!"

"The rooms are well maintained and you get nice ocean views. The staff at the resort where very helpful. The location of the hotel it’s not great you don’t have anything around the resort. You need to take a taxi, Uber or bus to go somewhere. The buffet was not that great due to the lack of food choices. It’s your basic breakfast with Mexican food and fruit bar. The dining experience was good and make sure you make reservations."

"I don’t know if I’ve ever stayed at a hotel that was so well curated! This hotel is a community center a recording studio. Every piece of art has a link to its artist. This community was so well thought out to include the locals and yourself. Don’t forget to pack a bunch of bathing suits. This private beach experience was some of the best swimming I’ve ever done in Baja. Ross and the desk staff you were off the chain helpful wise."
