"We loved this resort! The food was amazing the breakfast and lunch buffet were amazing. All the resteraunts in the hotel were delicious and the staff were so incredibly friendly! The downside would be it’s a little far from downtown but we loved it!"

"This hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff are incredible and you’re made to feel welcomed and valued. The grounds are immaculate. Our host was absolutely lovely - the service at this hotel is above and beyond. the downsides of the hotel were the lack of easy access to town and the extreme costs of food. There is no guacamole on the earth worth what they charge for at this hotel. The pricing of the food is exorbitant and was disappointing. The hotel itself was a bit low energy and could have benefited from music (even something relaxing) at the pool. Again, I’m glad to have stayed here once however I prefer opportunities to explore the culture of Mexico which this didn’t necessarily easily allow. I likely wouldn’t stay here again in the near future."

"This our second time for short stay at Hotel Colli. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade mattresses a little, or add a little padding. They are quite hard. But in general the Hotel is delightful and so well located."

"Staff was very unfriendly especially pool (where you pick up towels ) aside from being late no apologies or a good morning said. In the main cafeteria people are also unfriendly. Overall very dissatisfied with staff!!!"
