"I didn't think the bar drinks warranted the high price they asked. Too expensive! At check out I was fine to pay our consumables charged to our room. However, there were unexplained taxes, sewage use from the city, and many other items that could not be explained to me. I want to have all of that expense up front and paid when I book the room. Very disappointing."

The unit we stayed in was very beautiful & it was obvious the staff does a great job keeping the kitchen well stocked with flatware, pots/pans, & several high-end appliances. Having a washer & dryer allowed us to bring carry-on bag for a few days of clothes. We just wash them our stuff using the laundry detergent that;s included. "The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. "
