“At first I was a bit nervous as it was not a traditional hotel but the experience was exceptional. We wanted more of a family experience and we got just that. The place is really well kept. The staff was available at all times, though we really didn’t need anything. It was nice and quiet. There was construction near by but we didn’t event notice. We took Ubers everywhere. It was supper cheap. Less than $5 a trip. We enjoyed Cabo San Lucas a few days and San Jose on others. Definitely recommend...

“The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. “This property has the basics, 2 main pools and an adult pool. The buffet was very good and the food options were changed often. There’s shopping right across the street for everything you may need. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. What we didn’t like was the one restaurant (Luna) food wasn’t that great. And the selections were limited.”
