“The Hotel is breath taking despite going through some renovations. The rooms are very clean and the staff is exceptional. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They truly go above and beyond for us guests. We will definitely be booking here again when we return to Cabo.”

“Hotel El Ganzo is absolutely beautiful and the staff are excellent. We enjoyed our room and the pools and private beach area just a quick boat ride away. Our issue with Hotel El Ganzo were the strict no outside food or beverages rules. The hotel lures you to stay with reasonable room rates but then charges truly astronomical prices for their food and beverages. The food was mediocre, unfortunately. The guacamole was simply mashed avocados with garlic oil drizzled on top. The chips were...

“Great Value! Clean and very quiet with a pool - but no bar or gym or dinner restaurant. My room (411) was spacious and had fridge/micro/stove/AC but no safe. Water pressure is medium but satisfactory and hot, but this is not luxury. Rooms are functional not pretty, so if you want a resort atmosphere don't expect it. Repeat: this is a basic hotel so if you want a really nice resort, keep looking. For a hotel, it is fine and very comfortable. Bed was excellent. Sheets/towels/room/hallway...

“The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Every one of the staff at the One & Only are very friendly and welcoming! Elisa and Lulu were amazing at staying in touch with us our entire stay!”

“Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.”

“Decent stay but close to Saint Luke's hospital which was convenient.”
