Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort and Spa - All Inclusive

"Overall our stay at the resort was wonderful. The staff were very attentive and did their best to meet all our needs. Jesus at the pool was by far our favorite. He made our days at the pool so enjoyable. The food was good, not great. The breakfast buffet was our favorite and the sushi was very good at the outdoor restaurant. The servers do go out of their way to make our eating experience great though. The resort needs some updating, but it is very clean and well maintained. The major downside was that close to a hundred or more late teens early twenties kids were there. They made it very difficult to get a drink at the bar or even sit at the patio near the bar overlooking the ocean. As the day went on, they got louder and basically took over the pool area. I have two daughters 15 and 17, who didn't feel comfortable playing water volleyball or enjoying some of the activities due to there being so many intoxicated kids everywhere. Don't get me wrong, I know they were just having a good time, which I did at their age too, but it wasn't what we were looking for on our family vacation. Overall we would stay here again, especially due to the staff. Maybe just a different time of year."

"**Firstly, PLEASE remember to exchange your money at the airport or before you travel. The exchange rate at the resort is criminal. We went in May and the heat was very manageable (from Canada) but still easy to burn. Lots of air conditioning indoors and plenty of water and drinks. Please note the apartments have multiple floors but no elevators for use (maybe with small exceptions for those with accessibility needs), so I carried my luggage upstairs. Resort is quite large so lots of walking back and forth but it’s incredibly clean and well kept. Lots of great pools for either play or relaxing including water games like volleyball or water polo. So only concerns with the guest rooms are the showers weren’t very good for me; too hot or too cold but never warm. Also the air conditioning indoors some rooms is very loud and might be hard to sleep. Food is a whole conversation too but keeping it brief, it depends on where you go. Some restaurants are kinda lackluster but others are outstanding. The Steakhouse, Baja buffet and poolside buffets were the best during my stay but the other sit down restaurants and buffets were kinda just okay. You’re free to go off resort too to visit other restaurants and markets but the taxis are not part of all-inclusive. $8 USD per person for round trip (both ways). RIU Parties were actually pretty good. Not too crazy and good security. I felt safe despite not being a party person at all."

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Awesome resort if you're ok with spending time at the pool. The beach is not accessible from the resort and that would have been good to know before booking it. It's also located pretty far from downtown and excursions if that's your thing. We spent more time at the pool than we usually do on vacations because of this. None the less, the resort is awesome, clean, great service and plenty of options to choose from when it comes to restaurants and drinks."

"This is our 2nd time to this resort. Great views! Amazing staff! The pools are great! We were greeted with an Expedia banner on the door and received a plate of strawberries and a bottle of wine. We are gold members through Expedia. Halfway through our trip we received a basket of fruit and a bottle of champagne. Very clean resort. Extremely attentive staff. We’ve been to other Hyatt Zivas and highly recommend them!"
