"Pros: -staff was amazing -room was stunning -drinks were good and strong -some activities throughout day like riffle shooting, volleyball, cornhole -GORGOUS views and picture spots -coffee shop food closes at 6 pm though :( Improvements -breakfast is only one area besides coffee shop could use more variety -lunch as well was okay nothing special -dinners were good!! I liked how they had special nights like bbq night and Mexican traditional night -no swim up bar :( but wait staff is very nice just takes a little bit of time for drink not immediate"

"We’ve been to lots of AI and this was the most disappointing. Unlike other resorts that have staff who frequently walk around and get you drinks so you don’t have to leave pool, this one does not. This is definitely a party hotel. There are lots of ready to party. The food was ehh at best. Most of the time I can find something to eat and know what to expect from an AI as far as food goes. For it being a family resort that caters to young children, there is much food selection for them. One thing that this hotel does offer is a view. Let me tell you this is probably one of if not the best view of Cabo and arch. Would likely not stay here again but still had a great time."

"The property was everything as advertised! Very well kept resort. Clean and beautiful. From the moment you step into the resort you’re treated like royalty. Butler service for every room that’s a text away to accommodate and help you with any and every request that comes to mind. Food was amazing…The spa was an incredible experience. I will definitely be back in the future."

"Very good location, staff is not very friendly or helpful. We updgraded to elite member and did not get all the amenities we paid for as well as has to keep asking for basic necessities. Food and entertainment is ok but location is great!"

"Overall our stay at the resort was wonderful. The staff were very attentive and did their best to meet all our needs. Jesus at the pool was by far our favorite. He made our days at the pool so enjoyable. The food was good, not great. The breakfast buffet was our favorite and the sushi was very good at the outdoor restaurant. The servers do go out of their way to make our eating experience great though. The resort needs some updating, but it is very clean and well maintained. The major downside was that close to a hundred or more late teens early twenties kids were there. They made it very difficult to get a drink at the bar or even sit at the patio near the bar overlooking the ocean. As the day went on, they got louder and basically took over the pool area. I have two daughters 15 and 17, who didn't feel comfortable playing water volleyball or enjoying some of the activities due to there being so many intoxicated kids everywhere. Don't get me wrong, I know they were just having a good time, which I did at their age too, but it wasn't what we were looking for on our family vacation. Overall we would stay here again, especially due to the staff. Maybe just a different time of year."

"Awesome resort if you're ok with spending time at the pool. The beach is not accessible from the resort and that would have been good to know before booking it. It's also located pretty far from downtown and excursions if that's your thing. We spent more time at the pool than we usually do on vacations because of this. None the less, the resort is awesome, clean, great service and plenty of options to choose from when it comes to restaurants and drinks."
