"We spent a week at the Hyatt Ziva in San Jose. Upon check in there were a few mishaps (broken toilet, tools left in our bathroom, however the managers were very accommodating and helpful. Big shout out to managers, Hugo & David, they were amazing. The grounds are clean and the staff were all very kind. The club area was a nice and Marcos was always there to great is with a big smile and our favorite drinks. We opted for a cabana to stay out of the heat and it was lovely. The Zen spa was a fun treat for my daughter and myself. Beauty in"

"The property looks so unassuming. It is just a blend in with the desert. The way that they have it set up you are completely immersed in nature and even though you’re in a building, you feel so connected to the outdoors the pools the water the ocean it’s absolutely gorgeous. The food was amazing. The flavors were fantastic. The service was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to make our stay."

"Beautiful resort and property great location and food/drink options on site are amazing and super handy to have the market and kitchen in room also stocked really well. Our only disappointment was the early closing of pool and jacuzzis. Pretty much the entire hotel shuts down by 10pm which on vacation is very disappointing. I had stayed at the other Hilton and there was no such thing so found this to be bit strange and a buzzkill each evening. It’s still so hot at nighttime that an evening swim/hangout would have been perfect. I hope they reconsider this as it seems a missed opportunity for the hotel as well"
