โGood location, easy access to public transportation. Nice facility from Rome Standards (a bit smaller compared to American lodging facilities). Very nice and responsive staff. I would like to stay again.โ
โHad a lovely stay here, the place is very clean, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and designed. It is conveniently located very close to the city, market, and a short drive to Roma Termini. Will definitely be looking to book it again if available on my next trip to beautiful Roma.โ

โWater in bathroom had to call in no plumber for two days no according to representative . Limited supply of towels. 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days. After plumber came problem still persisted. Your feet get wet when go to toilet. Welcome kit not complete. Communication between representative was not up to par. Basically had to beg to get cleaning lady in.โ
โCodes to get in building to complicated , we got 3 keys and then we still needed code to get in building , my husband asked for bottle water to take his morning medicine and the cleaning lady didn't give him any that it was time to ck out, also we asked for 1hour to leave and she send a message an they can ONLY give use 10 minutes:(โ
โBeautiful facility! Exceptional breakfast daily. Staff is warm and very helpful. While it is somewhat close to the Metro, it is far from most of the famous sites. The Metro is quite limited so we walked when possible and took cabs. Highly recommend!!โ
