“The hotel is closed, with the sign removed, the doors padlocked, and dogs and chickens wandering around outside. I had to call the cab that had just dropped me off late in the afternoon to come get me and take me to another hotel. I got numerous emails from the hotel welcoming me even that day, with shuttle information etc.
