"The hotel was extremely cold, but the temperature control in the rooms was excellent. If you have a meeting in this hotel, even in the summer, bring a sweater or jacket. The staff were great. There was one morning when there was no hot water, and that made for a very cold shower. But it was fixed by the next day. Each room has a mini-fridge, but not a microwave. However there is a microwave by the front desk you can use. The gym has some nice equipment, but it is really dusty and could use a good cleaning. The stability balls are all flat and need to be replaced and the floor mats are falling apart. Otherwise, the gym is well equipped. "

"Great corner location. Property was clean and provided what we needed for a weekend stay. The overall location was great to walk to Ball arena, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Being right at Union Station provided convenience for our guest to access the train to the airport. The staff was friendly and responsive to all our questions.
