“The main problem was with the rental company. They had the incorrect password listed in the notebook. When we called them, they kept saying it was correct and saying they’d get back with us. Over several hours they never re-contacted us. We’d have to constantly contact them. We were able to figure out the password which was different than the one they had listed.”

“Not maintained needs updating found several pieces of trash throughout house that house keeping/ cleaning people overlooked. Furniture outdated and some falling apart. blinds and windows need replaced or repaired. Fireplace rack missing foot and screen broken.... Didn't bother to call about all of this as I didn't want to ruin my 4-day vacation made the most of my stay on our Anniversary weekend ”
