"The internet didnt work the entire time. Staff kept making the excuses. I have the videos of it as well. They gave us standard room which was on higher floor and way better than the premium one i booked. They never cared to give us the money difference back since we ended up opting for a standard room. "This hotel has spectacular views of the valley below. It is very clean. Super friendly staff who cater to your needs wonderfully. Our stay here is truly wonderful. Everything is in walking distance. Lake Dal is only a 3 minute walk down the road. A short walk in the opposite direction allows you to see the breathtaking views of the snow capped mountain range above. Restaurant and good food available in hotel. Don’t miss this wonderful location."

In addition, the staff and manager were friendly and gave 100% to insure we had a great stay. The rooms were huge, and were furnished with everything needed.
