Only complaint is they have a Keurig in the room under the TV with a power outlet behind the tray when you slide it out but you cant put the plug in the outlet and it isn't hooked up even if you could force it in. It's fine though because you can move the entire tray and plug it in right beside the TV. I also wish there was more coffee/tea in the room but these are...

The front desk staff helped me with my luggage getting in and then getting out. I use canes. They saw me struggling and jumped up to help. The handicapped room was wonderfully designed. The specs in the bathroom perfect. If I'm passing through Richmond again and I need a place to stay they are my choice

Ben was amazing and went the extra mile to make sure I, and my daughter who is in a wheelchair, got a room on the first floor that was handicap accessible. Room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. That's all we wanted since we were just there for a quick night. The breakfast bar wasn't anything special so if breakfast is a big deal to you plan on eating somewhere else. A bagel and a cup of coffee was fine for me so no complaints here. Price was very fair, would book again in a heartbeat. Also plenty of restaurants close by.
