"GUESTS ARE THIRSTY IN THIS HOTEL
I stayed a week in this hotel. However, the hotel offer only one bottle of water on the first day I checked in. Despite the housekeeping, the staff never offer the water unless we don’t request separately when they come to the room. No fountain is available, YOU MUST PAY FOR THE WATER.
I was informed that I can fill the bottle in the fitness room, nevertheless, since the fitness staff isn’t the hotel staff, while filling the water, the fitness staff told me that I am NOT ALLOWED to do it and it can be considered as STEALING. Even though I claimed it to the hotel, they took no action or appropriate response.
