This was an incredible hotel. The pictures did not do it justice. The room was clean, water pressure GREAT, balconies was cute and the rooftop was adorable. The breakfast was included and it was very tasteful. The hotel has 3 separate restaurants on the lower level. The location is great, SEVERAL delicious restaurants in the area. Great stay.

I had a great stay at Hotel Heiss by Jalo in Medellín. The hotel was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and many popular attractions, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I also loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt safe, welcoming, and stylish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín. Thank you for making our trip even more enjoyable!

Great spot with great service. The rooms are economical, but they have what you need. The rooftop pool is great with great fuse. The breakfast was great! Hotel staff is very helpful. Only annoying thing was the gal checking me out was taking too long and trying to charge me for things that I did not purchase.
