⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Stay – Misleading Listing
I booked Hotel Molinos Plaza trusting the information and photos provided on Expedia, but sadly, the experience was unacceptable.
Upon arrival, the room was in poor condition:
• The TV did not work.
• The air conditioning was broken, despite high temperatures.
• There was no hot water throughout my stay.
• The staff said that is not their responsibility, and when I asked to change rooms, the options provided were in even worse condition.
Additionally, the hotel is located in a very noisy, overly commercial area, which was not disclosed clearly in the listing. It’s not a relaxing or safe environment for travelers unfamiliar with the area. I felt completely misled and disappointed.
I understand that some bookings are marked non-refundable, but it is unfair and unethical to refuse refunds when the hotel does not provide the basic services it advertises. This is not just a bad experience — it is a consumer rights issue.
I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. Expedia should reconsider offering this listing on their platform if they value the trust of their users.
