I stayed there for four days and nights three nights. I did not have hot water. They post that there is a swimming pool and a hot tub on the preferences. They are both not working. The complementary breakfast was very poor security doors do not work properly. I will not stay there again

This is the first hotel - where after a tour of the room and the building - I just went and booked another hotel. The list of red flags at this place should not be ignored. Expedia was of limited assistance getting you out of a place using very dated photos.

I picked the hotel based on location. It had a good restaurant in the lot adjacent and good parking. Check in staff were not super friendly, the grounds not very clean, narrow and dirty stairs to the room, breakfast substandard, the sink in my room blocked, a party in the room next to me with the door open and staff did nothing about this. I won’t stay here again.

Paid for a King room. “Upgraded” to 2 Queens. Don’t fit well in queen size. Booked later evening was there within an hour showed late check in as reason room was gone. No towels, no housekeeping the next day so left and booked another hotel asking for a refund. Bait and switch. Terrible location with homeless. No pool amenities and no mention at time of booking. Stay away. Too many better places. Expedia should cut ties with this dive.

Property in disrepair, smells like old dirty carpets and not very clean. Both swimming pools, one permanently closed the other closed for repairs. Room seemed updated and fairly clean but had no supplies with the coffee machine and only one paper cup unwrapped. We didn’t stay! Asked for a refund to no avail.

The outside was very nice but it definitely needs an upgrade inside.the bedding was stained,inside of tub looks very worn.they need housekeeping to clean the corners of room and bathroom. I don’t mind an older place as long as it’s clean.

It Was a terrible stay, the toilet didn't work, no towels in the room. carpet in the room old and smelly, all furniture old. the corridor doors wasn't locked, everyone could go in. pool didn't work, and the breakfast was so terrible you could not even see that the is one, never will stay again in this hotel.

Hotel is older and needs updating. Outside garbage can was overflowing and garbage on ground by entrance. Staff was nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Hallways had carpet in need of cleaning and/or replacement. Some hallways had an an odor. Unsure if a renovation has been started but the pool/hottub area is permantly closed housing room items. The breakfast area had cereals out but no milk. Some walls in hotel look to have water damage.

Breakfast was just sad. No juice in the dispenser, barely warm, dried out eggs and sausages (maybe that's why the microwave is there!) and had to get your plate, cutlery and coffee cup from the front desk. Room had a Keurig with two coffee pods but no cups or sugar, creamer, etc. No glasses in the room at all. The door to the room had a gap as the door bent inwards slightly towards the bottom. They are under renovation and I suspect it will take a long time before they are done.
