“This Best Western was perfect for our stay in Medicine Hat, I've got to say we were pleasantly surprised, it was on par with some Marriott and Sheraton locations we've stayed at. The room was very clean and spacious with good lighting for reading, wifi was fast and easy to connect to, the beds were exceptionally comforable, the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful and fresh and all the staff we encountered were smiling and pleasant and helpful. “The carpet in our room had some stains on it. The breakfast wasn’t very good. Scrambled eggs would have been better than the round egg patty. The sausages were not that good either.”

“I have Parkinson's and when the front desk staff saw me he quickly came and opened the doors for me. He the assisted with my luggage and even opened the room door for me. He was so polite and respectful. I definitely recommend this hotel. My experience was definitely A+++.”
