“호텔 청결도는 좋았으나, 아침식사는 별로 풍부하지 않았습니다. 새벽에 공항에 도착해서, 무료셔틀서비스를 요청했는데, 요청을 확인하는 과정에서도 회신이 오지 않아서, hotels.com 고객센터에 여러번 요청을 하고 나서, 확답을 받을 수 있었습니다. 그런데, 막상 도착하니 셔틀버스는 오지 않았고, 현지인의 도움을 받아 호텔에 전화를 하니 "택시를 타고 오면, 해당 비용을 지불하겠다"는 안내를 해서 황당했습니다. 미리 메일로 안내를 한것 도 아니고, 전화가 오면 그제서야 응대를 하다니, 정말 어이가 없었습니다.”

“Took a few attempts and couple of hours to find this place. The satnav didn’t like it. After phone call and directions we were met by a friendly face who showed us straight to our bungalow. As we arrived after dark we ordered wine and sat in the garden. Staff were very friendly and helpful The room was basic. One wall lamp wasn’t working, and I think if touched would be live Shower needs new shower head as only dribbled out But overall was fine for one night. ”

“This is a good variant for Adsalan (where there are many low-level venues and campings). Nice family hotel, good green territory, patience of all members of the team, late check-out and dinner were very relevant. We decided to stay second night. Thanks! The only thing we don't like is annoying ask to pay cash with strange rates. So, please, use web-booking and payment to avoid such situations.”
