"Stunning views, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. The spa and pool were fabulous. Not all restaurants and bars were open because it was the first week of the season. However, we had a very peaceful and relaxing stay."

"Our stay at **Canvas by Mitsis Messonghi** was overall very enjoyable, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. Every team member — from reception and guest relations to F&B staff, spa staff, and porters — was consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. Special thanks to Kemal, Michael, Anastasia, Boeana, and the helpful team member from Lebanon. The beautiful green grounds, enjoyable family-friendly entertainment (especially Greek Night), and prompt room service added to the positive experience. However, there are areas for improvement. The family bungalow rooms are quite small and lack privacy for a family of four, particularly with older children. Bathroom ventilation and layout were also inconsistent. The biggest disappointment was the lack of halal food options. Despite booking all-inclusive, we were limited mostly to vegetarian and fish dishes. Food was not clearly labelled, and there was limited staff awareness of halal dietary requirements, which made dining stressful and restrictive. This significantly impacted our overall experience and would make it difficult to recommend the hotel to other Muslim families. In summary, a very good hotel with outstanding service, but improvements in room suitability and inclusive food options would greatly enhance the experience."

"The staff was amazing, friendly, welcome drinks were given to us as well! The view is spectacular and the walk ability to everything is great! Breakfast was fantastic with espresso coffee juice and all the things you need! "

"Helpful pleasant staff, always available. Room very comfortable, shower pressure is good (6th floor), toiletries from White Company smells divine. Breakfast has large variety, tasty omelettes, though latte coffee is too weak at regular settings on coffee machine. Solid 4.5 stars if you are looking to rest and decompress."

"The hotel was great but beware that if the ferries are cancelled they will still charge you for the room. All ferries from Sorrento were cancelled, so we went to Naples as the hotel told us to and spent the day waiting on ferry after ferry but all were cancelled due to weather. So there was absolutely no way to get to the island but we still had to pay for the hotel room (and another one in Naples). However, once we finally made it the next day, the hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. "
