"Visited during the off-season and the staff were beyond friendly and helpful, even letting me borrow their personal mobile phone to make a domestic call to change our rental car reservation (the international call from my phone would have cost an arm and a leg). We stayed in one of the top floor rooms right under the roof which had its on patio, tons of light, was very private and spacious. Not much to do around the property though, you’d want a car to drive into downtown Çanakkale. "

"Hayal kırıklığı yaşadığım bir konaklama oldu. Öncelikle odalar, fotoğraflarda göründüğünden çok daha küçük; odanın içinde hareket edecek alan neredeyse yok. Kesinlikle 3 kişinin kalabileceği bir oda değil. Otelin genel durumu da beklentinin oldukça altında. Açıkçası 2 yıldızdan fazlasını hak ettiğini düşünmüyorum. En büyük sorunlardan biri ise fiyatlandırma oldu. Rezervasyonu uygulama üzerinden TL olarak yapmama rağmen, otele vardığımızda “kur farkı” gerekçesiyle ekstra ödeme talep edildi. Bu durumun net ve tatmin edici bir açıklaması da yapılmadı. Ayrıca asansör bakımdaydı ve odalarımız 4. kattaydı. Yaşlı babam olduğu için rica üzerine 2. kattan bir oda verildi ama oraya çıkmak bile onun için oldukça zor oldu. Ne yazık ki, Çanakkale’de Anzak Günü nedeniyle tüm oteller dolu olduğu için başka bir seçeneğimiz yoktu ve burada kalmak zorunda kaldık. Otel personeli, yaşanan bu olumsuzlukların farkına varmış olacak ki ertesi sabah, aslında rezervasyonumuza dahil olmayan kahvaltıyı ikram etti. Ancak bu jest, yaşadığımız sorunları telafi etmeye yetmedi. Olumlu tek tarafı ise otelin konumu; merkezi bir noktada olması sayesinde her yere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bu yüzden, çok zor durumda kalınırsa “günü kurtarmak” adına tercih edilebilir mi? Evet, edilebilir. Ama genel değerlendirme olarak söylemek gerekirse, paranızla rezil olmak istemiyorsanız tekrar düşünmenizi öneririm."
