"We loved our stay here. Panos and his team were very friendly and welcoming and it was great to be picked up at the airport and then taken to the ferry port at the end of our stay. The room was spacious with a very comfy bed and excellent air conditioning. it was great to have a fridge too. The room was very clean. "If you’re looking for a true 5-star luxury experience, this hotel is unlikely to meet your expectations. The property looks nice at first, but a few things let us down. A couple of hours after check-in, while we were resting around 6 p.m., a member of the cleaning staff knocked on our door to ask if we needed towels which felt unnecessary so soon after arriving given that there were clean towels in our bathroom already. As I say we had just arrived. When I told her we were sleeping, she laughed and left, which was unprofessional. The corridors and lift had dirty carpets and there was an unpleasant odor as a result. The biggest issue was the safe in our room. There was no key available to use it, and it wasn’t fixed to the wall, meaning it could easily be taken away given how small and it was, even if a key had been provided. We mentioned this to the staff member who was collecting feedback during breakfast, and she said she would ask maintenance to fix it and also would give us the key. Unfortunately, nothing happened during our stay. Overall, the hotel didn’t quite deliver for us. It may be okay for some, but for the high price and rating, we expected a lot more. "
