โComfy bedroom, everything in good working conditions. All necessary things from USB ports to TV where I could connect my Firestick. Nice bathroom, awesome shower.โ
โReally lovely room (317) only thing I would say was itโs quite noisy right next to the lifts with the occasional inconsiderate guest.
Not the hotels fault, just peopleโs post Covid attitude.
Room was very clean and top quality toiletries. โ
โHotel was very clean and welcoming. Facilities were excellent and room was spacious.
On arrival staff explained procedures clearly and helped us locate the nearby shop!
Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring.โ
โExcellent choice of breakfast, limited restaurant menu however itโs decent.
Walking distance to a lot of great places, being in the city centre. Canal walk is 5 mins walk, library, eating places. Staff was polite and helpful.
Wish had a swimming pool but otherwise 5/5

โWhat a find. On driving up to the lroperty, we were taken back with the beauty. We were apprehensive asnon a univereity site but to need to be at all.
Check in easy and free parking.
Walked through busy bar (2 weddings on) but no issues at all. A little noise heard from room until music finished but was grand.
Our dog also had a super time

โThe hotel stay started a little late due to late checkouts, and we were given a room with a bath for our first room after waiting nearly 2 extra hours on top of the 3pm check in time, we requested a walk in shower for our room, my brother and dad had one that they didnโt request, but weโre happy with, at least when I rang reception and told them we requested a walk in shower so then said to wait for a call they were going to call housekeeping to sort a room for us.
