Convenient Location

Last minute overnight stay; staff very accommodating. Shopping, restaurants, and transportation nearby. Excellent location although not the fanciest place, but fine for a quick stay.

I didn't realize that a pet friendly place could smell so much. Also, the stains on the floor & furniture were disgusting. The bathroom was also unclean. Worst place I have ever stayed. Never again!

Found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful hot shower and very comfortable bed. Great location to hospitals, city and public transport. The only complaint was the carpet. Alot of stains and needed a steam clean. Would recommend the property otherwise.

Have stayed here twice. Great value for money. Clean, spacious apartment, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Beautiful big windows! On site parking right at the door and an outdoor area with bbq. The staff are so lovely and accomodating-early checks ins, late check outs and even storing my items safely that I accidentally left behind.

I loved the security entry, the bathtub , the decoration piece in the towels a really nice touch; very clean,and wonderful staff ~ very understanding; bed very comfortable - I slept best I have in a while ~ fantastic that pets are welcome ~ only criticism I have is extra fee for parking when there is a car park attached to property- makes it very expensive when adding this ~ should be included in price ~ other than that I would be back in a heartbeat

The property is well located and has lots of greenery around which makes the building beautiful. Staff was friendly. However, our apartment had a strong smell of dog and the carpet looked dirty. That makes us cancel our stay at a later time.

We were notified after booking (7th June) that they didn’t staff reception after 5pm, and would send us late check in details before the day of arrival (12 July). We received no information. We tried calling and messaging several times, with no response. We’ve had to find alternative accommodation. There was no information for the 5 days prior to arrival to tell us how to check in, or tell us they couldn’t accept our late check in. This is useless. I expect a full refund as they were not able to provide us a way to access our booked room. No follow through.

Nice location, simple but comfortable and clean

Stayed there for the Australian Open, 20-25min walk. Close to train stations, supermarkets, 1-2 cafes for breakfast. The room was nice and airy, sofa bed was decent. Plenty of space. Could do with more clothing drawers esp if 2 or more are staying. The only drawback was the windows weren’t soundproof so woken up early every morning by traffic, garbage truck's, sirens etc If staying here for the tennis/cricket it’s an easy walk but if night sessions finish quite late u don’t won’t to walk back on ur own. It felt safe but very quiet and empty streets. If u have trouble with stairs ask for ground level too.

well situated to sporting arenas

We seem to have unfortunate timing with our stays with regards to noise, last time the people in the unit above us were fighting until 3am and this time an adjoining property were having an outdoor party with loud music until about 1am. The units are perfectly situated to the MCG and sports arenas. Units have all would need for a stay with microwave, kitchenware & cutlery.

A comfortable stay in a convenient location

We chose this hotel because of the price and the excellent reviews. It is close to medical facilities and there is plenty of choice for places to eat. The room we had was a little old but clean, and there was plenty of space .... and the bed was comfortable! There was a little traffic noise at night and in the morning, but not a problem as the hotel is on a side street between two major roads. Everything worked, from kitchen appliances to lights. Parking $18 p/n. Bring your own bathroom requisites as they are not supplied. Service from staff was excellent: we appreciated the phone call to explain late arrival arrangements and the friendly face behind the counter the next day.

Clean and convenient.

Older style apartments that have been freshened up.Clean and well appointed. Bright and sunny on a cold winter day. Could do a few minor cosmetic improvements, like hooks replaced on the bathroom door. Toilet bowl in our apartment was stained and cistern worn, but basically ok. No lift and steep stairs, so would need to request ground floor, if unable to navigate stairs.Especially if managing own luggage. Friendly ,helpful staff. A great location to easily access hospitals.

The stay was nice. Our fridge was set too cold and all of our food that we had in there got frozen and was no good to eat. It had to be thrown out. That was very disappointing. I don’t like wasting food but I didn't really have a choice as the food was no longer edible. Some sort of reimbursement would’ve been nice but nothing was offered to us. Other than that I had no complaints.

The room felt dirty. The carpets were stained with burns next to the bed. Walls in need of painting and the windows did not shut properly in the main area or the bathroom. The sofa bed for the third adult was really bad and was only made slightly better with the mattress topper provided. Not any good for a decent sleep. Checked out early and wouldn’t book again. Misleading images online. Room needs attention.

Location for our purpose was excellent (hospital nearby), but property was quite dirty with very poor services. Staff were very pleasant to deal with but they could not clean the apartments or fix tv’s.
