모나시대학과 최단거리이며 매우 조용하고 한적하여 휴식에도 최적인 장소로 숙소내 편의시설이 매우 잘 갖춰져있었다.

남의 거주지에 침입한 느낌
여기서 평이 좋고 렌트를 해서 외각의 이 아파트먼트를 예약했습니다. 사진에 나오는 건물들이 캠퍼스 아파트먼트가 아니라 딱 한 건물만 숙박처더군요. 차도 지상 아무데나가 아니라 지하 정해진 위치 6시 이후에 체크인시는 미리 연락해야하고 그 이후부터 다음날 아침 7시반까지 긴급하도라도 연락하면 돈을 지불해야 한답니다. 엘리베이터 안내문에도 주변건물이 주거지라 조심해달라는 것이었습니다. 직원이 상주하지않고 퇴근하나봅니다. 대학 앞이라 절대 호텔형 아파트먼트도 아니고 시설 좋고 넓다는 평이 많던데 이제까지 호주에 묵었던 숙소중 가장 작고 좁은 원베드룸 아파트먼트였습니다. 학교앞에 장기 투숙객에 특화된 아파트지 하루 이틀 묵을 여행자에겐 좋은 선택이 아니라고 말씀드리고 싶네요.

시내에서 좀 떨어져 있으나 차를 렌트하니 별 문제 없었어요. 시외 투어 가기 좋았어요. 아이가 있는 가족이 지내기 좋았답니다. 단지 냄비며 후라이팬 등의 조리 도구가 법랑이 벗겨져 있어 요리하기 불편했네요. 아마도 요청하면 바꿔줄 듯 합니다. 웃으며 인사하고 친절했어요.

Very Quiet, lovely view of grassed sporting field With trees around it . Kitchen was vey well equipped for meal cooking with dishwasher . Only complaint would be the quality of the sleeping pillows .

Everything is great staying at Clayton Service apartment. Only thing to comment is that the housekeeping is only done once a week . So if u are staying for 4 days , there will be no housekeeping thru out your stay

It is close to Monash university which was the reason of coming to Melbourne to attend graduation. No clear instruction of how to get the keys despite promised email with instruction 1 day before arrival. Also not clear how to get in the underground car park without remote fob when arrive after hours. Car park had a break in during my stay with police attending - presume broke into security storage cages. Thank goodness my car was not broken into or vandalised.

Nice quiet location, close to big shopping centres. Little out of the way for activities to keep kids entertained. The bedrooms are very crammed no room, the living area was crammed one small sofa x2 seats for a family of 6, no cleaning products supplied (vacuum, sweeping brush) Nice clean building from the outside good parking.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, quiet, clean and comfortable . It’s also close to Monash hospital bout 5min drive but if walking it’s about 40-45min walk. Will definitely come back it exceeded my expectations for sure. Amazing place.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was comfortable and spacious. Only negative comment is when we checked in, we found the floor mat draped over the bath towels on the towel bar. It would be more hygienic if housekeeping placed the floor mat separately from the bath towels, perhaps over the shower screen.

Nothing serviced about it.
I stayed here for a total of 11 nights and unfortunately the room was cleaned only 1 day before we left. On TOP of that I was emailed that I will be charged 20 dollars on the card on record as the apartment is expected to be fully cleaned up when we leave. So basically there is nothing “serviced” about it. It’s basicallly a nice clean unserviced apartment.

Guest satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to ensure an exceptional experience for all guests in the future. As advised our trading hours would be limited during the Christmas and New Year period. We tried our best to accommodate your last minute extended booking by keeping you in the room that you were staying in. Please note during your stay in the apartment we expect a standard of cleanliness that keeps the apartment on the same level as given. If it's returned in a condition that our contracted Housekeepers deem extremely messy they charge us extra, we do have to forward those charges on to the guest, this is practice in all hotels Australia wide. As mentioned on your review, Housekeepers already cleaned your room 1 day before your departure, so $20.00 for the extra cleaning fee was reasonable. There was another charge for damaging property in the room that should also be mentioned. We are sorry for your experience, and thank you for staying with us again.
