가성비가 만족스러운 호텔!
도심에 있어서 소음이 있을까 걱정스러웠지만, 조용해서 잠드는데 문제가 없어서 다행이었습니다! 취사시설이 있었지만 딱히 음식을 해먹진 않았구요 ㅋㅋ 공항에서 오는데 그렇게 멀지 않아서 금방 올수 있었고, 도심에 있어서 다른 관광지를 돌아보는데 매우 편리하고 좋았습니다. 다음에 오게되면 또 예약하고 싶네요. 가성비가 매우 좋은 곳입니다. 다만, 난방이 조금 아쉽긴 한데, 살짝 시원한? 느낌으로 잘수 있었습니다. 춥지는 않고, 따뜻하게 자는건 어려울거 같네요 ㅋㅋ

최고의 위치, 편리한 이동
최고의 위치 도보로 마트, 백화점, 번화가, 차이나타운 등등 모두 이동가능. 트램역과도 가깝다 이동할때 아주 편리했다 건물에 화장실 냄새가 좀 났지만 그 외에 수건, 이불 등은매일 갈아줘서 청결했다.

위치가 좋은 호텔
무료 트램존이 바로 밑에 있고, 유명한 레스토랑 거리가 바로 근처에 위치해있어요. 의도치 않게 유명한 커피숍도 근처에 2군데나 있었고, H&M도 바로 앞에 있어서 쇼핑하기 좋았어요. 위치적으론 만족스러웠습니다. 청소도 해주시는데 제 물건들을 너무 흐트려놓은 거 빼고는 괜찮았어요. 방이 다닥다닥 붙어있어서 문 소리가 크게 들리기에 새벽에 몇번 깬 거 빼곤 괜찮았습니다.

Staff is friendly, but hotel is dirty, bagagelabels from from 7 months ago under the bed and loads of dust. , cracked windows, really bad wifi, You can get clean sheets for $30 a time, Fire escape is blocked by laundry trolleys and garbage in the emergency stairway. Not a hotel to recommend

Lage ist top. Zimmer sind sauber und das ist das wichtigste. Relativ hellhörig und man bekommt auch Lautstärke von der Straße mit, dafür fußläufig alles wichtige erreichbar

It is a place if you're just after a short stay in city, the facilities are a bit old but the room is clean. Air ventilation is not going well but still acceptable. The best thing is the location, just right in the heart of CBD. 2 mins walking to shopping mall, 3 mins to Chinatown. You don't have to worry about shopping and foods. You just need to worry about not enough budget to spend on.

This place was great for the price.We were in the city for a show over at the Athenaeum, it was a short stroll from there as well as Melb Central, Emporium and the laneways. We would stay here again!

Location was good as it was in the middle of the CBD, however, the absence of parking was a major issue. The room was very old, the appliances were old. The room was not cleaned properly, found nail clippings on the floor when we first arrived. The property’s main door was left unlocked at all times, minimising security although signs indicate that doors will be locked after a certain time.

Great location and price. It was central to inner city, public transport a short distance away. We wanted a comfortable bed, air conditioner and fridge all weregraet. We are returning customers.

Really not bad for the price, quiet enough, clean room but old and dated hallways. Room as bigger than I expected and the desk staff were very friendly.

A little gem
A gem of a small hotel. If you don’t want lots of ‘bells and whistles’ with your accomodation but you want clean, comfortable, close to the cbd then this is your hotel. Just off Elizabeth st, public transport close. Lots of laneways restaurants and cafe’s around the corner. Good size room with sufficient amenities. Good wifi. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would certainly stay again.

I absolutely loved the place and the room. The staff were very friendly. The only difficult thing was to find a parking and it was very expensive overnight.

Staff, and the overall hotel was good. Location is great, with nice eateries close by. Loud outside at night, so if you are wanting an early night, it probably won't happen. Overall, a good stay.

Loved the old fashioned windows and the old quaint feel. Staff were awesome. It's a budget price for a good room.

Nice staff when we got there though the room was inappropriately for a family. Extremely noisy all night. Really disappointed as is in a very good location.

All my needs were attended to with the upmost care with a friendly attitude. Not 5 star, but I receive a warm shower and a comfortable bed. I do not need any extras!!! Plus the room was warm as I know how to use the split system that worked all night. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Great location, rooms a good size. Bathroom tired but clean. Bedding a bit tired but ok. If I were backpacking I would have been delighted by the desk and kitchenette.

When i checked in, there was nobody at the reception desk. I waited about 10 to 15 minutes, one guy came in and said he went to order food. During the check-in process, i asked him about possible late checkout at 12pm the next day as a gold member of Expedia, he said "no problem'. However, on the next day morning, the reception rang me before 11am and told me i have to check out before 11am, otherwise they will charge 50 dollars as fine. I explained to them about my gold membership with Expedia and the previous guy at reception said OK for late check out, but the new guy still insisted on his rule. There is no consistent service in this hotel and i will never come back to stay at this hotel in the future. The room and facilities are all very old and cannot be ranked as a hotel. I would not recommend other people to stay there as well.
