Several pieces of equip. needed fixing.

Window AC/heater unit extremely noisy in operation of. (bearing shot I beleive) Bathroom sink had no stopper assembly. Had to block it with a wash cloth. Reported items to front desk Sun., Mon., Tues., & Wed. but nothing was ever done.

The hotel was located in the worst area of Melbourne. The staff was very unprofessional. I will never lodge there again.

The nastiest hotel in Melbourne

I must say first of all that I will NEVER stay in this hotel again! The carpet in my room was severely water damaged and smelled like mold. The toilet did not flush, and the staff was not very helpful. If I had known all this ahead of time, I would never have booked this reservation.
