한가지만 제외하고 완벽한 곳
객실청소는 진짜 나무랄 곳이 없었습니다. 팁을 놓아두어도 가져가지 않습니다. 위치또한 무료 트램 구간 앞에 있어서 정말 편리했습니다. 중심가에서 살짝 떨어져있기 때문에 오히려 그 점이 수면을 방해하지 않고 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 침대는 작은 편이나 매트리스 또한 푹신해서 자고 일어났을 때 개운합니다. 방은 생각 이상으로 큰 편입니다. 또한 호텔 자체에서 짐보관 서비스를 제공하고 있기 때문에 밤비행기 이용시 굉장히 편리합니다. 문제는 프론트 데스크 직원들의 서비스 마인드. 이 부분은 주관적인 평가이긴 하지만 체크인때부터 체크아웃 할 때까지 전혀 친절함은 찾아 볼 수 없었습니다. 서비스 교육을 제대로 시키지 않는 듯 합니다.

실망스러워요.
위치는 좋습니다. 바로 앞에 시티로 가는 무료 트램도 있고 강건너 카지노로 가는 길도 잘 되어있구요. 그치만 그 외의 것들은 엉망이었습니다. 객실은 들어가자마자 쾌쾌한 홀아비 냄새로 가득차있었고(오랜 기간 사용을 안한건지 냄새가 역했어요) 침대시트 이불을 덮으려고 보니 머리카락이 몇개 있더군요. 욕조에는 곰팡이, 욕조는 수압이 약해 반신욕하려는데 물 받는 시간이 20분 걸립니다. 수도꼭지 고장에.. 아파트형 호텔인데 냄비 달랑 하나 있구요. 접시 없어요. 객실 카페트 눅눅해요. 리셉션도 사람이 앞에 서있는데 보고도 사무실로 들어가버리고 기다렸는데 나오자마자 오랜시간 전화받고... 체크아웃시 공항셔틀 예약한 시간도 지키지 않더군요. 물론 미안하다는 말 한마디 없이요.. 다시는 이용안할거에요. 오크스 브랜드에 실망스러운 여행입니다.

Every business trip to Melbourne
I stay in Oaks on Market every time when come for a business trip to Melbourne. Location is really great since it is located in Melbourne CBD. Also, the Wifi rates became reasonable compared with earlier and the speed is also quite nice. though it is located in CBD, it is pretty quiet and clean.

Good convenient location in the city. Clean, quiet and spacious room with kitchen. Bar and meals options onsite with gym and swimming pool also very handy. Great value for money.

Good location and fit for purpose. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Massive influx of guests relating to AFL matches so got congested which was expected for lift times and humans congregating around the concierge areas etc. Room was in need of maintainance work. Toilet inlet valve kept inleting water, broken trim around toilet buttons and under toilet seat, drawer in cupboard fell apart when pulled out. Would stay again hoping maintenance issues are addressed.

Good Location 2 min walk to tram stop, and free trams in the CBD. We stayed on the 13th Floor so above the surrounding office buildings. Rooms were clean and nice. TV was a little small. Some of the bathroom ares showing age but everything worked.

The room was fantastic on the first day, but upon returning for the second day, we found our beds unmade and no fresh towels provided. When inquired, we were informed it wasn't included in our package, which was quite surprising and disappointing.
