Staff was extra courteous . Special thanks to Daniella and the Portuguese girl managing the day. Location is perfect and the in-house restaurant is cute and cosy. Fondue was lovely.

The receptionist was amazing! She was super kind to my child, warm and friendly. Her English was impeccable which made everything seamless. The room was beautifully presented and the views from this corner room were fabulous. There was a free bus pass with the hotel, a bus stop literally outside ...
