“We has a wonderful stay here! It is a very cozy apartment on the top floor. There are no elevators in the building, which was not a problem for us. The space was quiet and felt roomy for four people. All the amenities worked great including the airconditioners. We appreciated how close the place was from the Hiroshima Station - a quick 10 minute walk. The host was very communicative and quick to respond. We recommend this place to everybody!”

“Good location and good communication. It was nice to have a separate bedroom. I also appreciated all the space and lots of beds for a larger family. Having a clothes washing machine was awesome. The dry function wasn’t as useful and I wish the hotel had more space to hang more of our clothes to dry because of it, but they did have a small closet. Overall, pretty great stay. ”

Eventually, after a back-and-forth, they found the correct reservation information and apologized. I wish they could have done something about the damage they caused. "
