Easy check-in. Room was clean but smelled musty, moldy and damp. Shower was in the tub which had narrow sloping sides. No safety mat. I had to ask for a mat which the staff had to go buy. No housekeeping during our two day stay. Had to request towels and more coffee supplies. Was told they only service rooms every two days. Will not stay at a Fairfield hotel again because of this policy. I am currently staying in a Holiday Inn and was offered an option of every other day service for a credit of 500 loyalty points if I chose this option.

Everything was clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was close and safe. Wi-Fi was good. The bed was 8 out of 10. Pool was clean but too cool for this old lady! Hot tub was nice though. The breakfast person was quick and very accommodating, but the food was …how should I say this…just yucky. Can’t blame the worker. She has no control over the quality of the food. I would stay here again, but I’d plan on eating breakfast elsewhere.

We have stayed at this hotel several times during the past 7 years. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness has improved. Breakfast is good. Parking is ample with good lighting. We would have given a 5 star rating except for two things - 1. regular customers should never be given rooms near the elevator/ice machine/road/railway tracks/etc, and 2. the fitness room had no air conditioning. Other than that, we were pleased.

The property was very. The staff treats you like you are their own family. Maintenance crews are always on standby to fix whatever may come of a problem. The elevator quit while I was there and within a few hours they had it up and running again.

The breakfast could've been better but it was decent. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are so clean and smelled good. The only thing I would complain about is the walls seem thin, my neighbors were walking heavily on the floor and I could hear them until late in the night. Other than that everything was great!
