"This hotel is 10 out of 10. The rooms are. fresh and clean. When you walk into the hotel a fresh smell hits your nose. The housekeeping staff is well dressed and very pleasant. I love the fact they check each morning to offer fresh towels etc.We have stayed here over 5 times while visiting family in memphis and will always stay here. You pay for what you get but southland gave more. Best hotel ever!!"
