Everyone working was so friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are very clean, the food at EP's bar and grille, not a fan of, but Delta's and the walk up coffee shop was good and convenient. Lobby bar was excellent and our bartender Ariel was so sweet and engaging.

A stay here is a must if you’re visiting Graceland! The hotel itself is beautiful and elegantly appointed. The hotel’s shuttles both to/from Graceland and to/from the airport are a major perk. Elvis-themed events on the property keep you entertained even after your day at Graceland is over.

Loved everything there and would gladly go back again. Would have been nice if the staff knew more about upcoming events happening on the property, but did refer us to the website and toll free phone number. The food in EP’s Bar & Grill was great, though the service was not. Live entertainment, movies and complimentary PB & J sandwiches and chocolate milk each night were definitely a bonus!
