“Arriving at 8:00 pm, the Valet was a complete mess and staff was definitely in over their head! Moreover, the rooftop bar was chaotic ordering a drink, which should fix the ordering procedure and actually smile at the customers! I was truly not impressed and my wife and I will be staying at another Hotel our next trip to Memphis!”

“방에 샴푸가 없음.. 런닝머신 2개중 1개 고장.. 침대 배개에 먼지…카페트가 오래되어 먼지가 올라옴. 욕실샤워실에 핸그 샤워기 없어서 불편.. 고객 요청에 대한 대응이 없거나 늦음. 전반적으로 시설이 낡고 오래되어 보수가 필요함..”

“Booked a king bed a week in advance on line. got there at 7:15pm to check in to be told they only have queens left. No one seemed to care , was told to check back next day. Room above us had kids running back and forth till 3am , was reported 3 times to staff. Nothing was done to stop the issue. Meaning it continued… So we did not sleep at all 1st night . Breakfast was good just the place was messy like was not kept up with cleaning . Could have had more options than they did . Pretty basic ....

“Iconic hotel, the lobby bar area is the main attraction. We always enjoy the ducks & drinks. The hotel rooms are nice. The beds are very comfortable. The tiny bathroom had a terrible smell and the bath tub was clogged, which was disappointing.”
