“We arrived at 5:30p and the staff was gone for the day. Self check in was vague. The heater in the room didn’t work. Couldn’t call the desk because they were gone. Sewer gas smell in the bathroom, maybe that’s why the window was cracked open for ventilation? Television randomly turned itself on in the middle of the night and the remote was nowhere to be found. So either the room needed plumbing/ electrical work or the place is haunted. Take your pick. Worst night sleep ever. I gave it a two star...
