Nos cobraron el desayuno aparte, a pesar de estar incluido en el valor. La cocina no estaba equipada, no habían cubiertos, ni hervidor de agua caliente. El estacionamiento también se cobraba aparte. Las camas incomodas. El personal atendió de muy mala forma. No volvería por ningún motivo

Destacar solo la proximidad a los sitios que necesitaba frecuentar....en cuanto al hotel nos salió 250 euros ...para una habitación con moqueta super vieja sin aire acondicionado...sin desayuno...el cual lo incluía de acuerdo a lo que yo contraté y ...tener que llamar por teléfono para que te abrieran la puerta ....y en fin ...mucho más espero que esto llegue a quien le importe mejorar....

Gostei: atendimento, no geral, dos funcionários. Inclusive, qdo pedi mais cobertores, foram atenciosos. Não gostei: Instalações: muito antigas. café da manhã, não tinha pão" francês", frutas. Carpete: antigo, difícil uma limpeza total. O quarto que fiquei, de fundos: não abria os vidros...parecia uma " porta". Meu quarto estava limpo. falta de tomadas , ausência de computador. Instalação muito antiga do hotel. L Localização: distante do centro...tudo precisamos de táxi. Toalhas e cobertas: muito velhas .

Lo rescatable es que la recepción es 24 horas. Sin embargo deben mejorar limpieza de alfombras y cortinas. Mejorar cobertor de la cama. El servicio de desayuno es hasta las 10:30. Llegamos a las 10:25 y ya estaban retirando los alimentos de los mesones. Marcelo (garzón) de mala manera nos indica "estas no son horas de bajar a desayunar"... estuvimos tres noches y vimos actitudes parecidas con otros pasajeros cuando llegaban al filo de la hora. Recomiendo verificar el tipo de habitación que elijan, nosotros reservamos dos habitaciones (special class) de un mismo valor y en la realidad eran super distintas en espacio y tipo de cama. Días antes envíe correo al hotel para reservar estacionamiento y aproveché de preguntar por las habitaciones reservadas y me dijeron que eran casi lo mismos que las habitaciones con balcón...pero...tenían mucha diferencia.

realizamos un cambio de apart porque el asignado era pesimo, la ubicacion lejos del centro .La atencion mediana ya que habia chicas que nos atendieron muy bien y otras no.La limpieza impecable pero habia cosas que no funcionaban.La pileta pesima , nada de limpieza en ese sector

Tuve que pedir cambio de habitación y pagar una importante diferencia porque la habitación clásica no era lo esperado. Mal mantenida. Feos cubrecamas, etc. El personal muy amable. El desayuno pobre, pero dentro de lo esperado, ya que decía continental. He visto que en mi tarjeta de crédito el pago efectuado a Expedia figura cargado en dólares, siendo que cuando hice la compra me dieron el precio en pesos argentinos.

Se supone que en un apart debe haber una cocina o por lo menos una pava eléctrica pues éste no cuenta con ninguna de las dos, en cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, la cochera la cobran adicional y está en malas condiciones, la utilizan para guardar cosas de mantenimiento y todo lo que deberían guardar en un galpón de cosas en desuso. El personal agradable.

La peor estadia de mi vida

Llegando, nos cobran por el estacionamiento, al llevar el carro al subterraneo, la recepcionista me indica que suba por el ascensor, nunca existio ascensor, fuera de servicio hace años, tuve que subir maletas a mano por una escalera caracol Luego la habitacion estaba un nivel bajo la calle, alfombra sucia, ducha mala Nos cambian a una parte mas moderna, desayuno pesimo, no tienen frutas, debes pagar por uno huevos Todo lo peor que puedas imaginar

esperaba más del Hotel

en un viaje familiar... el lugar está cerca del centro...el departamento era bastante cómodo, deben mejorar el sistema de ducha ya que dos noches de 3 me tuve que bañar con agua fría y viaje con dos niños... la recepción es muy lenta, no podes esperar 20 minutos que tomen una reservación telefónica para que te puedan entregar la llave del departamento..y el sistema de ingreso en auto demoran mucho en abrirte o cerrar el portón deberían colocar cámaras para saber cuando hay un vehículo esperando y por ultimo las puertas del ascensor quedan un poco abiertas. el resto fue una estadía cómoda.

Good> Good staff, rooms were well cleaned, breakfast was a OK, familly apartment accommodates easily 2+2 family at reasonable rate, Not so good> Location of this hotel is not ideal if you want to stay close to Mendoza City center but on the other hand we walked from Cathedral back to hotel and its no more than 1.7 km so eventually it is not a big deal (taxis also easily available) Lack of restaurants close to hotel
