All the hotel staff were excellent - my Spanish is not great, but they were all patient with amy attempts and many spoke English better than me, so no problem. Hotel was lovely, exceptionally clean and calm. I didnt eat in the hotel (personal choice), but the menus looked great! Room was upgraded on arrival from a twin to a king - room facilities were great too. Hotel is right on the largest plaza, great for all the shops, bars and transport too.

We loved our stay at the Park Hyatt Mendoza! The hotel was gorgeous and in the best location for walking, dining and seeing the sites. The staff was helpful and professional and the breakfast was delicious. If you are visiting Mendoza we recommend the Park Hyatt.

We stayed at this property for a wedding. The hotel itself was very nice and well-maintained. However, the food and beverage options on-site were quite pricey. Thankfully, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, offering more affordable choices. We also found that booking through Expedia gave us a much better rate than booking directly through the hotel.
