“Sehr tolles Hotel, nur leider haben uns zusätzliche Toiletten im Poolbereich gefehlt. Es ist immer ein langer Weg.Ansonsten alles top. Wir sind von spanischen Hotels im 4 Sterne Bereich immer ein individuelles Omlett gewöhnt, das gab es leider nicht. Aber das Essen war sehr lecker und für Halbpension all you can drink war super.”

“This hotel delivers on all fronts, as a first time guest I found the staff are so friendly and genuinely helpful, not to mention a a clean, modern hotel within minutes of the centre shops and restaurants. The breakfast is continental but if you are into healthy eating this is the breakfast buffet you want. There is complimentary food/snacks and drinks/ refreshments during the day that adds that extra convenience with a tranquil area to relax in by reception. I wish more hotels were like...

“Having stayed at a different Barcelo this one was below par. Complained about tv signal on night 1 and nothing done to rectify for 25 hours, even then it didn't work again the entire time. Complained a 2nd time and still nothing done. Staff were not very helpful. Air-conditioning not working in gym. Disappointed in this compared to our previous stay in lanzarote which was outstanding”
