An excellent hotel - modern and clean. Lovely buffet food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great selection of drinks included in the All Inclusive deal. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is close to the beach. The location on the top of a hill is slightly tricky for people with mobility problems but there are workarounds. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip.

Very clean room, excellent staff always very helpful and friendly. Location brilliant for beach. Food was very good and a lot of options. Only slight negative was the kids pool wasn’t heated so water was cold but I believe this is normal for Menorca.

We liked the hotel as soon as we arrived - it has a nice, modern and spacious feel with attractive indoor areas to sit and relax. Wonderful views from up on the hill, from both sides of the building. Lovely sandy coves nearby to wander and explore. The staff were all cheerful and helpful. We really appreciated the little touches such as welcome treats in our room to celebrate our anniversary, and the fact that they didn't charge for water at dinner or use of the pool towels. The evening music/entertainment was mainly very cheesy, although we loved the Spanish trio singing and dancing flamenco. The buffet can get a bit hectic even in low season and more defined sections would avoid one long queue of people. More supervision is needed regarding the behaviour of children - it only takes one family who let their kids run, shout and use their hands in the food and it ruins it for everyone. Aside this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely look for other Palladium hotels if they're as good as this one.

Great resort, beautiful beach. The hotel rooms are very well appointed and really clean. The views are the best you can get! The food is really good quality. My only feedback would be that the drinks as part of the all inclusive are a bit of a let down and the pool is quite small. Everything else is pretty much perfect!

Air con was not good for first few days, but spoke to Reception and was sorted straight away. Breakfast and lunch were good, but thought evening meal could have been better. Pool area and sunbeds were really good. Plenty of beds and you didn’t have to fight for a spot. Beach was lovely. Easy walk down, but walk back with a pram was hard going. All in all would definitely come back.

A beautiful position with wonderful views of the sea and across the island. A spotlessly clean hotel. I think it’s a few years since it had a refurbishment and some areas looked a little tired but well maintained on a day to day basis. Food is well presented. There is a good selection and it is fresh and tasty. Staff are very friendly in restaurant, bars and reception. Lovely clean pool and surrounding area. A couple of small cons.. rooms are very small and there is limited storage space. There are plenty of sunbeds but not always easy to find shade. All in all far more pros than cons and I would happily visit again

Very clean, lovely food, nice location near beaches and alose to the Camí de cavals trail. OK bus services to Fornells and Es Mercadal (for connection to Mahon or Ciutadella). Would go there again.

Lovely resort! We stayed with our young daughter in a room with a pull out couch and there was plenty of space. Room have a beautiful view and balcony with 2 chairs and table. There are 2 pools. One small adults only pool and one larger one for all. (As well as a small kiddie pool with a slide) All very clean and warm water. No trouble finding my a lounge chair. The resort is on a hill with about a 7 minute walk to the beach. It was not far at all but has a lot of stairs. There is no way to get a stroller down to the beach without caring it down about 100 stairs. The beach is gorgeous. 20 Euro to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella. Perfection. We had half board- recommend! This means we had breakfast and dinner included. It did not include drinks (alcoholic or not) or lunch. But drinks are reasonably priced at restaurants and the bars. There are about 5 different restaurants in walking distance from the resort and beach (but all involve the stairs). All of them we went to for lunch were wonderful! The food at the resort was good but not fancy. It was impressive how many people were able to served each meal. Everything was clean, fresh and refilled often. The staff worked so hard. Breakfast is the same daily but has a lot of variety (coffee and juice is included even with half board). Dinner has some standards each night but also each night has a themed station, we loved our stay and would recommend and return, (look into taking a boat trip from Fornells- highlight of our trip!)

Great location and great views! Beach within walking distance. Very good choice of food and drink on all-inclusive. Minor issue with wet room design- water does get everywhere but nothing a few more towels couldn’t fix. Would definately stay again.

Loved the couple of nights we spent at The Palladium. Wished we had booked longer. Staff on reception, restaurant, bar, games team and room service all so friendly. There was a great choice of food and drinks. Entertainment fun too. Loved the aqua class. Views from the hotel are like s picture postcard. Could not fault it.

Overall a wonderful experience. Lovely food, delightful staff. The hot tub was lovely. Small issues with the room resolved quickly. Fab location and views. Excellent choice of restaurants nearby. Minor improvements might be to have better coffee and perhaps some more local, authentic entertainment. A solid 9.9 out of 10!

This hotel has amazing sea views and is a short walk down to the nearby beach with clear warm water. We managed to get sunbeds by the pool, although we visited in June, so not peak season. The hotel staff are approachable and helpful and speak excellent English. The room was clean and modern with a wonderful sea view. The service in the buffet restaurant was good, with waitresses clearing used plates quickly and being friendly to customers. The buffet food in the restaurant was varied with some themed evenings. However, the quality of food could have been better and with signage could be clearer. The pasta and broccoli were overcooked and the food sometimes tasted a bit bland. Otherwise, this is a good hotel for a short break with wonderful sea views.
