“This property is right in the hutongs and it is amazing! It is super convenient, just a few minutes walk from a subway station, right in the middle of two. Little restaurants and shops nearby for convenient needs and meals. It only took us 20 minutes to get to Forbidden City by subway. The property has two separate apartments, both with full bathrooms. One has a living room, the other has a kitchen & laundry. One has a master bed and a lofted queen futon. The other has two lifted futons....

“base-wangfujing was a fantastic "base" for our stay in Beijing. Easy access to the Subway and with lots of restaurants and bars - both traditional and contemporary - within easy walking distance. Easy walking distance to many of the main sties of central Beijing - Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City, BeiHai park and the intriguing maze of hustings around NanLuoGuXiang. “The name of this place is actually Base-Gonti Serviced Apartment and it was perfect for our trip. We stayed in their "Executive Studio" and the room has plenty of storage space for our luggages (2 medium/2 carry-on), a comfortable bed, a spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom. The hotel is very clean and safe and I appreciated the free in-room wifi and house slippers.
