“The service at the restaurant was so bad”

“This unique hotel includes several small mansions with about rooms each. These houses have distinctive contemporaary styles. Our room was spacious and elegant, but the structure showed some wear. Because the mansions are distributed along a small valley, you need to take a free shuttle to the main lobby and restaurant. The restaurant is really good, which is important because there are not many convenient dining options in the area. The hotel is connected to am amazing, but challenging hiking...

“The manager Vivien was amazing and so supportive with English, booking tickets, getting taxis, sharing directions and helping with shopping and dining. Simply can’t thank her and the staff enough. Most amazing experience for a non Chinese speaking traveller in a very non English speaking location that is close to ski fields and the Great Wall of China. Simply amazing ”

“Excellent view in quite neighborhood”

“Friendly staff and room clean ”

“It locates in a very peaceful green area. But it does not have necessary facilities such as restaurants, stores, and public transportation servies and so on. ”
