The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the attractions and malls. There’s also ATM inside the hotel for cash if there’s paying issue with apps. We signed up private tours with the hotel arrangements, which were great with short or no lines going to Tiananmen Square and Gugong.

Language barrier. Staff at the desk does not speak English at all. Wish staff at the desk would at least speak a Little English especially this hotel is a 5 star. This hotel needs To hire staff with the ability to speak English

Staff is rude especially to foreigners. Booked 2 Rooms for 6 people through Expedia. The hotel staff gave us 2 double rooms. When I told them, that 3 people cannot sleep in a double bed and we need rooms with 2 big beds. It took ages till I got at least one room with big beds. Manager accused me of being impolite and rude. After 2 hours not solving my problem, I think it is hard to stay polite.
