“숙소의 시설과 청결을 모두 덮어버릴정도의불편한 체크인과정이 있었다. 전화로 체크인을 물었을때 전화받은 여자는정말 내여행의 기분을 모두 망쳐버릴정도로거만하고 불친절한 태도였고 난 다음날 오후체크인하기전까지 그 나쁜 기분을 떨칠수 없을 정도였다. 다행이 다른 남자직원과 통화가되어 우여곡절끝에 체크인. 게다가 환불되긴 하지만 250 파운드의 보증금까지 요구한다. 전반적으로 고객을 힘들게 하는 숙소. 완전 비추이다.”

“Me and my wife and 2 grandchildren stayed in the house it was clean and looked good the only problem was there was no sponges or dish cloths to wash dishes but we enjoyed our stay ”

“Beautiful apartment with 2 bed 2 bath and full kitchen. Easy access from the tube about 10 minutes walking. Host met me at arrival. Nice and clean, only thing is the drains in the bathroom sinks drain a bit slow and the shower water pressure is a bit low. Overall great stay and would repeat.”

“I was led to believe that the whole apartment would be included. There was a room and a shared bathroom/toilet and kitchen.”

“All 6 night we had a good experience besides couples of things: There wasn't enough shampoo and soap for the 6 nights stay; Room was very dusty and no cleaning/vacuum were done with our stay for 6 nights, as well area upfront of the main entrance had debris all around; If these things can be corrected, then ratings can be raised up. ”

“We did not end up staying at our original booked property, as the day before our arrival the host informed us of an upgrade to another property. The new property was beyond our expectations. Closer to LCY (8 minutes drive), grocery, shops, restaurant and public transport (within 5 minute walk). The host arrived early, was friendly and will informed about the area and getting around and places to visit, he also answered all our questions. The new property and everything as the original plus added...

“No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...
