"The hotel is very unassuming from the entrance - typical for a city hotel, the reception is on the second floor. The hotel is very Scandinavian and modern in design but it has everything you need for a city stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - two of the names I remember were Jade and Paul but I can't fault anyone. We had arrived early so our bags were taken from us so we could start to explore Lille and when we returned, the check in process was completed quickly. Our rooms were very clean, basic but had everything needed. Bed and pillow were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from and very good coffee. Would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Only stayed one night but was very good value compared with a B&B I had just moved out of and which had a lot of issues that took half a day to get sorted out by the owner. Comfortable , clean rooms with great shower , air con , kitchenette and all I needed apart from the view ! (Room described as with ‘view’) Good buffet breakfast included. Very near train station, metro and the old town. I would recommend and will go back another time."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The air conditioning was particularly appreciated, as the weather outside was quite warm. Overall, everything was excellent; however, there was some noise coming from the carpark downstairs whenever vehicles exited the car park."

"Ok decent place to stay, only issue for me was being above the lobby entrance. Woke countless times with people chatting and smoking. Apart from that all good. Nice beers too. The pizza was shocking, the first one went back and got a refund. I later ordered again, I even tipped him 5 euro as I now felt sorry for him. Even ate it all. Judge for yourself."
